Submission of an enquiry or admission form does not guarantee acceptance or availability of services.

  • Request additional information prior to enrolment

4. Fees & Payments

  • Fees will be communicated clearly prior to the commencement of services

  • All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed schedule

  • Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services

  • Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected retrospectively

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Missed sessions without notice may be chargeable

  • Refunds, where applicable, are assessed on a case-by-case basis

  • Administrative or third-party costs may be non-refundable

6. Student Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully during sessions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a student engages in:

  • Disruptive or abusive behaviour

  • Harassment of staff or tutors

  • Repeated failure to comply with reasonable instructions

No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.

7. Educational Disclaimer

While we aim to support academic progress, we do not guarantee specific academic results, grades, exam outcomes, or university admissions. Academic success depends on multiple factors beyond our control, including student effort and external assessment criteria.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, materials, lesson resources, branding, and logos are the intellectual property of Imperium Academy Scholars unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or reproduce materials without permission
