his Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which Imperium Academy Scholars (“we”, “us”, “our”) manages cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, and missed sessions. By booking or using our services, you agree to this policy.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all services offered by Imperium Academy Scholars, including:Academic tuition (online or in-person)

Exam preparation and revision sessions

Educational consultations

Admissions and interview preparation

Group seminars and workshops

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed once payment (full or partial, as agreed) has been received

Confirmation may be provided via email, WhatsApp, or written agreement

Services will not commence without confirmed payment

3. Cancellations by the Client

3.1 Individual Tuition Sessions

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without charge

Cancellations made less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be treated as a missed session and charged in full

3.2 Block Bookings / PackagesBlock bookings are non-refundable once sessions have commenced

Unused sessions may be rescheduled at our discretion, subject to availability

Block bookings may have an expiry period, which will be communicated at the time of purchase

3.3 Group Sessions, Courses & Seminars

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start date may be eligible for a partial refund

Cancellations made less than 7 days before commencement are non-refundableMissed group sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled

4. Cancellations by Imperium Academy Scholars

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, including tutor illness, technical issues, or events beyond our control.In such cases:An alternative session will be offered where possibleIf rescheduling is not feasible, a refund or credit will be issued

5. Late Arrivals

Tutors will wait up to 10 minutes for late arrivals

Session time will not be extended to compensate for lateness

Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may result in the session being forfeited

6. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:Tutor unavailability without suitable replacement

Serious technical issues preventing delivery

Other circumstances assessed at our discretion

Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Method of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method

Refunds may take 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your bank or provider

Administrative or processing fees may be deducted where applicable

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:Missed sessions without noticeLate cancellations

Completed consultations or assessments

Digital materials or resources already provided

9. Changes to This Policy

Imperium Academy Scholars reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
